1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of meortechnologies.com (the "Website"), operated by Meor Technologies ("Meortech", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Use of the website and our services
The Website provides information about Meortech and its services — AI agents ("Agent as a Service"), blockchain asset tokenization, and executive education through the Ohr Institute — and lets you contact us, apply for roles and apply to Institute programmes.
- Information only. Content on the Website is for general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on the Website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any token, security or other financial product.
- Separate agreements. Any AI, tokenization or consulting engagement, and any Ohr Institute enrolment, is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Meortech. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.
- Figures and targets. Statistics, targets and outcomes described on the Website (for example liquidity or margin figures, placement rates and 2030 goals) are illustrative or aspirational and are not guarantees of any result.
- Applications. Submitting a job or Institute application does not create an offer of employment, admission or any other contract.
3. Intellectual property
The Website and its content — including the names Meortech, Meor, Meor Technologies and Ohr Institute, our logos, text, graphics, images, design and code — are owned by or licensed to Meortech and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from any part of the Website, or use our names or logos, without our prior written permission.
4. User conduct
When using the Website you agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the Website, except for standard search-engine indexing;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to access the source code, servers, admin areas or systems behind the Website;
- probe, scan or test the Website's security, or bypass any security, rate-limiting or spam-protection measure;
- upload viruses, malware or any harmful code, or send spam or automated submissions through our forms;
- submit false, misleading or someone else's information, or impersonate any person or organisation;
- use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or block access to the Website for anyone who breaches these Terms.
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to info@meortechnologies.com rather than testing it further.
5. Information you send us
You are responsible for the information and files you submit through the Website and confirm that they are accurate and that you have the right to share them. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Website may link to third-party websites and services (for example LinkedIn, X/Twitter and Instagram). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices.

We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, Meortech and its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana, unless mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
